HNM’s Festival Boutique is Seeking 3 Special Volunteers

Is a mix of Making a Difference, Camaraderie and Fun something you’re looking for?
HNM’s Family Festival Boutique is looking for 3 special volunteers to join its team raising funds to support both our HNM Parish and School. Each position will have the benefit of shadowing our current Co-Chairs to learn the steps along the way. In addition, all team members are there to support you always!

· Administrative Co-Chair: Oversee project flow and coordinate efforts with all Boutique team leaders.
Schedule and chair monthly meetings and coordinate to insure a smooth and exciting Boutique experience during our annual Family Festival in April.
· Silent Auction Co-Chair: Maintain relationships with existing donors while soliciting new Auction opportunities. Work with other Boutique team leaders to identify appropriate items. Establish values and bid criteria, coordinate contact with highest bidder notifications, etc.
· Internet Sales Team Leader: Working with other Boutique team leaders, identify items best suited for internet sales, i.e., eBay, Poshmark, etc. List items on internet, arrange product delivery, process payments to Boutique PayPal account.
